Gift Accepted can trigger a Mobile Message SMS to thank the recipient or confirm the next step. Gift Delivered can send another text when the gift reaches its destination, giving your team a simple way to acknowledge the moment.

The connection is particularly useful for agencies, property professionals and other teams that use gifts to maintain client relationships. The EvaBot event can also create a Mobile Message contact or add the recipient to a list when suitable contact details are available. Mobile Message handles the SMS action, while EvaBot remains the source of the gift event. The workflow is configured through Zapier and is one-directional. It does not change the gift campaign in EvaBot or provide a two-way messaging link, but it can add a timely text to the gifting process.
