eTermin SMS Integration

Operators who rely on eTermin to manage appointment availability can use SMS to acknowledge bookings and keep customers informed without watching the calendar all day. A Zapier connection passes eTermin events to Mobile Message, where a selected action sends a plain text message or manages the customer’s contact record.

New Appointment Booking is the most useful starting point. It can send the customer a booking confirmation, or create a contact for future reminders. Appointment Deleted can send a cancellation notice so the customer is not left relying on an appointment that no longer exists. If eTermin supplies the required contact details, the message can include the appointment information available in the event.

This connection runs one Zap at a time and does not synchronise appointment records between eTermin and Mobile Message. You select the trigger, map the available fields and choose the result that suits your booking process.
