This is especially useful for real estate brokerages where referral details move between departments and timing affects the customer experience. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can use the referral data supplied by eRelocation, including an available phone number and relevant identifying details. If several people need the same operational alert, Send SMS to List can notify a selected Mobile Message list.

The connection is made through Zapier, so the workflow is built around the referral event rather than a native eRelocation messaging feature. You can also use Create Contact to add a referral person to Mobile Message when the process calls for a stored contact.
