Endorsal SMS Integration

A customer submits a testimonial and your team wants to acknowledge the contribution before the moment is forgotten. Endorsal’s New Testimonial Submission trigger gives you a clear point for thanking the customer or recording their details for future communication.

Using Zapier, a new Endorsal testimonial can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. Send a short thank-you message, create a contact for the person who shared their experience, or place them in a list for a suitable follow-up. You can include the customer’s name and relevant testimonial details where those fields are available.

Endorsal also offers Create a SuperLink, Create a New Contact and Submit a New Testimonial. Those actions remain available within Endorsal, but the Mobile Message triggers do not provide a natural reverse workflow for them. The connection therefore works as a one-way response to a submitted testimonial. It does not synchronise testimonial records or publish an SMS reply back into Endorsal.
