MarketingPlatform SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with MarketingPlatform!

A new contact is added to MarketingPlatform, but the person may be waiting for a confirmation, appointment detail or campaign message. Staff should not have to export a list and re-enter phone numbers before an SMS can go out. A Zap can use MarketingPlatform events to send messages through Mobile Message and keep selected contacts organised.

New Contact can trigger a welcome SMS or create a Mobile Message contact. New Campaign Sent can send a plain-text notice to a Mobile Message list when a campaign has gone out. If a contact opts out in MarketingPlatform, its Unsubscribe Subscriber action can be paired with an inbound SMS to update that platform. These workflows are configured separately, so they do not imply an automatic two-way sync.

MarketingPlatform remains the place for campaigns, lists and subscriber fields. Mobile Message provides the SMS action, while Zapier carries the selected information between the two services.
