About the eGrow integration
The same New Lead event can Create Contact in Mobile Message, so the person is available for later messaging, or Add Contact to List when the lead belongs in a particular audience. eGrow also provides Create Order, which can be used when an incoming SMS should create an order in the CRM after a customer confirms a purchase or request. Each workflow has one starting event and one action, with Zapier passing the selected fields between them.
Use the lead's name, number and relevant sales details to personalise the text. The connection is made through Zapier, so your team can choose the conditions and message wording without building a custom integration.

Yes. Use eGrow's New Lead trigger with Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The Zap can use the lead's phone number and other available fields to send an acknowledgement or explain the next sales step.
Can an SMS reply create an order in eGrow?
An Inbound SMS Received trigger can run eGrow's Create Order action. You can map information from the inbound text into the order fields, although the workflow will need suitable data and any filters required by your process.
What is needed to automate eGrow lead messages?
Create the Zap in Zapier, select eGrow's New Lead event, and add a Mobile Message action. No coding is required. You need working eGrow and Mobile Message accounts and permission to use both services through Zapier.
