EFC Aquila SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with EFC Aquila!

A martial arts school may know that a member missed class, reached a birthday or booked an appointment, yet the follow-up can wait until someone has time to open Aquila. EFC Aquila users can pass those events to Mobile Message through Zapier, so members receive useful texts while the information is still relevant.

New Lead can trigger a welcome SMS, New Appointment can send booking details and Did Not Show can prompt a helpful check-in. Birthday and Expired Member are also available for messages that recognise a member or invite a returning conversation. If someone replies by SMS, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Aquila’s Create Note or Add Lead action.

The connection supports schools and clubs that want SMS around their existing member records. Aquila remains responsible for enrolments, attendance and appointments, while Mobile Message sends the message.
