A tag can mark an important change, such as a new audience group or a client leaving a programme, but the right follow-up can still depend on someone noticing that update. Mobile Message can turn those EasyMe tag events into a direct customer or team message through Zapier.

Client Tag Added can trigger an SMS when a client receives a selected tag. You can use the tag context to send a welcome note, a booking reminder, or a prompt for a staff member to follow up.
