DripJobs can start a Zap when a lead is created, an on-site estimate is scheduled, a proposal is accepted, or a project is completed. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add a contact to a list.

That supports a text acknowledging a booking request, an alert when a proposal is accepted, or a completion message after the work is marked finished. A new lead can also create a Mobile Message contact or enter a targeted list for follow-up. Through Zapier, DripJobs fields are passed into the selected Mobile Message action, so office staff spend less time retyping customer and appointment details. DripJobs' own Send Chat Message action is available when a workflow needs to write into its chat feature, but a DripJobs trigger with Mobile Message is the direct route for an SMS sent through Mobile Message. The connection does not synchronise job stages or appointments. It simply turns selected events into clear, noticeable communication.
