Marketing teams using Drafter AI can finish a workflow execution and still face a manual chase to tell someone what happened. A completed task may produce useful data or analysis, yet the person waiting for the result may not know it is ready. A Mobile Message alert can provide a simple, visible prompt at that point.

Through Zapier, Drafter AI’s New Workflow Execution trigger can run a Mobile Message action when the last execution for a selected workflow is finished. You can send an SMS to a colleague, create a contact for a new person returned by the workflow, or add a contact to a list if the workflow produces suitable contact information. A message can identify the workflow and tell the recipient where to continue their review.

Drafter AI also has a Launch Workflow action. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start that action when a person texts your Mobile Message number, where an SMS is an appropriate way to request a workflow run. These are separate Zaps with a defined direction, not a background sync between the platforms.

Keep the SMS concise because it is an alert rather than a place to include extensive generated content. Map only the result information that helps the recipient take the next step.
