DonorDock SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with DonorDock!
New Gift Created is a strong trigger for an internal notification or donor message. New Contact Created can create a Mobile Message contact, while Contact Added to Marketing List can add that person to a Mobile Message list for a later campaign. New Activity Created can also send an SMS to a fundraiser when a follow-up record is added. Use the fields supplied by DonorDock to personalise the message or identify the contact.
DonorDock remains the CRM for gifts, appeals, funds and donor records. Mobile Message sends the SMS or maintains its own contact and list records, and Zapier passes information between the services. This is not a native two-way sync. Select the events that need immediate action and keep the complete fundraising history in DonorDock.
