Chasing someone to open an attachment, or manually building an invoice image every time an order comes through, eats up time that a template should be handling. On its own it doesn't reach a customer's phone, but paired with Mobile Message it becomes the missing step between a business event and a text someone actually reads.

A paid order in Shopify can run through DocsFold to generate a PDF invoice, then Mobile Message texts the customer a link to it, so nobody is left waiting on an email that might land in spam. An overdue invoice in Xero can trigger that same Generate PDF action to produce a statement, with the link going out by text as a reminder. A new attendee registering in Eventbrite can have a personalised ticket image generated through DocsFold and texted straight to their phone, ready before they open their confirmation email.
