Real estate professionals using Digs receive important activity when a saver changes a profile, adds a property or contributes to a savings fund. Those events can otherwise sit inside the platform until someone checks them. A Zap can pass Saver Event, Saver Property Event or Savings Fund Event to Mobile Message, giving a team member a timely SMS prompt.

A message could alert an agent that a saver has supplied new personal details, notify a coordinator that a property has been added, or flag a savings fund update for follow-up. Mobile Message's Send SMS action can use the event fields and a nominated mobile number to create a clear internal notification. If an event includes a saver mobile number, Create Contact can also place that person into Mobile Message for later communication.

Digs provides triggers for this connection and Mobile Message provides the messaging actions. The workflow is not a property or customer data synchronisation service, and it does not write updates back into Digs. It simply turns selected Digs activity into an SMS or contact record through Zapier.
