Marketing operators who run their planning in Demand Metric can turn important project events into visible team alerts. A new task, new project or new comment can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message, helping the people responsible for delivery see an update without keeping the task board open throughout the day.

A new task can send an SMS to the assigned person with the task name and project context. A new project can notify a project lead that work has been added, while a new comment can alert a colleague that a discussion needs attention. These are practical notifications for teams that already use Demand Metric as their working record and want SMS for selected events.

The connection runs through Zapier and needs Demand Metric and Mobile Message accounts. Demand Metric also provides Create Task and Update Task actions, which can be started by an inbound Mobile Message SMS when that workflow is genuinely useful. This does not create a native sync. Each Zap has one trigger and one action.
