A new order or abandoned cart appears in Delivra, and a customer may need a prompt before the opportunity is lost. Delivra can send these events through Zapier to Mobile Message, where an SMS provides a direct reminder. New Contact and New Order events can also start contact or list actions, helping your team respond from the data already held in Delivra.

New Abandoned Cart can trigger Send SMS with a reminder, while New Order can send a confirmation or delivery update. New Contact can trigger Create Contact, and Category Join can trigger Add Contact to List when a person enters a relevant Delivra category. Delivra's Unsubscribe Contact action can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event, allowing a customer text to initiate an unsubscribe step in Delivra.

Each workflow is built in Zapier with one event and one action. The connection does not synchronise the two platforms, so choose the specific customer moment that deserves an SMS or a record update. Used carefully, it can bring a timely text into an email and marketing process, while keeping the chosen contact and consent actions clear for staff to review.
