About the Delesign integration
Through Zapier, Delesign can send those events to Mobile Message's Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List actions. A new project might produce a confirmation text, while a completed project can tell a customer that their work is ready for review. You can also use an inbound Mobile Message text to run Delesign's Create Project action when a suitable project brief is available in the Zap. The connection is configured in Zapier, so your team can choose which project events deserve a text.
