A lead may be showing renewed interest while the team is busy with other opportunities, and a manual check of hourly lead activity can delay a useful first response.

Through Zapier, Dealfront’s New Lead trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action when a lead is tracked for the first time. Recurring Lead can also trigger a text when a lead matching your criteria visits the site again. The message can acknowledge the person’s interest, direct them to a suitable next step or ask them to reply to arrange contact, using only the information available in Dealfront and your approved messaging approach. If the event includes an appropriate mobile number, the trigger can instead create a Mobile Message contact or add the lead to a list. Dealfront remains the source of the tracked lead event, and Mobile Message handles the text. These are individual Zapier automations rather than a native two-way connection, so you can choose which lead activity deserves an SMS and control the fields passed into it.
