BNDL SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with BNDL!
Flow Sends Contact can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action for a welcome or next-step message. It can also run Create Contact, Add Contact to List or Add Unsubscribe, depending on whether the contact is new, needs grouping or has chosen not to receive SMS. If someone replies, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can create an event in BNDL for an agent to review.
This connection gives call agents a clear SMS step without moving the whole process out of BNDL. BNDL continues to manage contacts, tags and events, while Mobile Message handles text delivery and opt-outs. Zapier connects the selected fields and actions, with each automation configured separately.
