A membership or magazine team can keep customer communication moving as subscriptions and newsletters change. Darwin CX can notify a Zap when a user is activated, deactivated, subscribed to a newsletter or unsubscribed from one. Mobile Message can respond with an SMS, create a contact, or update a subscription preference in its lists. That means an important account change can reach the customer without someone checking Darwin CX and preparing each message by hand.

For example, an activated user could receive a short welcome text, while a deactivated user could be told where to get help renewing. A newsletter subscription can also create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list for later communication. If a customer replies, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a Zap that subscribes the user in Darwin. This connection runs through Zapier, so each workflow is deliberately configured for a particular event and result rather than presented as a native synchronisation between the platforms.
