With Zapier, Custplace's New Review Trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Send a notification to a manager, customer care team or location owner with the review information available in the event. Custplace also provides Create an Invitation, which can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger when a customer texts your business and the data needed to create an invitation is available.

This gives review teams a practical way to turn new feedback into a prompt, while keeping invitations tied to a real customer message when suitable. The connection is configured through Zapier and is not a native two-way integration. Review content and SMS wording should be checked against your privacy and service policies.
