Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with CustomerBase!

A service team can finish a job or create an appointment in CustomerBase while the customer is still waiting for the next update. Zapier can pass a Job Finished, Appointment Created or Work Request Created event to Mobile Message, which can send a plain text confirmation, reminder or follow-up. Customer Created can also create the person as a Mobile Message contact.

These workflows help turn operational milestones into customer communication. A new job can prompt an acknowledgement, an appointment can produce a useful confirmation, and a finished job can invite the customer to take the next agreed step. Customer Updated can also trigger a message when a change matters to the person receiving it. Mobile Message handles the selected SMS or contact action, while CustomerBase remains the place where appointments and jobs are managed.

The connection runs through Zapier and is configured event by event. It does not create a two-way sync between CustomerBase and Mobile Message. Instead, each Zap takes one CustomerBase trigger and performs one Mobile Message action using the fields you map.
