CrowdPower’s Automation Action trigger can start a Zap, allowing Mobile Message to send an SMS, create a contact, or add someone to a list. This gives a CrowdPower workflow a practical mobile communication step.

For example, a customer event in CrowdPower can lead to a service reminder or a short follow-up text. A customer tag can be used as the point at which the Zap sends a message to a selected person, provided the phone details are available to the workflow. CrowdPower can also trigger an SMS after a customer is created or updated through its Upsert a Customer action in a wider automation.

The connection uses Zapier to pass information from CrowdPower to Mobile Message. It does not make the two platforms maintain matching records or imply that actions are synchronised in both directions.
