If the first message depends on someone checking the CRM later, a promising contact can be left without acknowledgement. Zapier can use New Lead or New Client to start a Mobile Message SMS.

New Invoice can also prompt a payment-related message, while Status Change can notify a customer when their record moves between client and another status. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. If a customer replies by text, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Credit Repair Cloud’s Create Client or Create Lead action, depending on the workflow you build.

This connection runs through Zapier and is not a native two-way sync. Credit Repair Cloud remains the system where leads, clients and invoices are managed, while Mobile Message carries out the selected messaging step.
