Creative Machine connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, and because Creative Machine itself has no trigger to start a Zap, its actions sit in the middle of an automation that begins elsewhere. A Zap can look up an existing project by its ID early on, then generate a fresh image from that template. Once the image exists, Mobile Message can text the customer a link to it, finishing the Zap with a message instead of leaving the graphic sitting unseen in a folder.

A new paid order in Shopify might kick off the Zap, with Creative Machine generating a personalised order image and Mobile Message texting the link straight after. The same pattern works for an Eventbrite registration or a Calendly booking, so a customer gets their own graphic without anyone on the team opening a design tool to make it.
