About the Core-Strategy integration

A strategic initiative moves to at risk during a planning meeting, and the people responsible need to know immediately. Core-Strategy can provide that event to Zapier, which then sends a Mobile Message SMS to the relevant decision maker. A new goal or OKR can also notify a programme owner that an item has been created and is ready for review.

Core-Strategy helps organisations align people with long-term strategy and planning. Its triggers include risk notifications for OKRs, goals and strategic initiatives, plus new goals, drivers and initiatives. Mobile Message can send SMS, create contacts or add contacts to lists from those events. Its Create Users action can also be run when an inbound SMS is received, when the mapped message contains the user information required by Core-Strategy.

This setup suits enterprise planning teams that need a short operational alert alongside their strategy workspace. It is not a native integration and does not create two-way synchronisation. Each Zap should focus on one Core-Strategy event and one Mobile Message action, with recipients and message content reviewed before activation.
