Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Copyfactory!
A new contact can trigger an SMS that confirms the next step, while a comment or reply can alert a sales representative by sending a message to a selected Mobile Message list. Copyfactory’s Generate Content From Premise action can also be used in a broader workflow where generated text is prepared before a later SMS action, although the Mobile Message step remains the part that sends the message. The available connection is event based, not a native synchronisation between sales systems. Choose the Copyfactory trigger, map the phone number and relevant text, then select Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, or another suitable Mobile Message action. This helps keep outreach timely without asking a salesperson to watch every sequence.
