Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Convoso!

Call centre and lead generation teams often need to act on a campaign event while an agent is busy with another contact. Convoso offers workflow triggers such as List Event, Queue Event and Campaign Event, so Mobile Message can deliver a timely SMS alert or capture a lead in the messaging platform. This gives supervisors another way to see important activity.

Through Zapier, a Convoso event can start Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact, Add Contact to List or Add Unsubscribe. For example, a campaign event can notify a supervisor, while a new lead can be retained as a Mobile Message contact when the relevant trigger data is available. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Convoso actions such as Lead: Insert or Callback: Insert.

Each Zap runs in one direction. It does not continuously sync Convoso records with Mobile Message, and it does not make a phone call. Use the specific event that matters, map the phone number and message carefully, and test list or suppression handling before sending customer-facing texts.
