A new attraction order arrives, and the customer is waiting for confirmation or practical visit information. Convious can pass new or updated order activity into a Zap, so Mobile Message can send a timely text instead of leaving staff to check orders and contact guests by hand.

New & Updated Orders can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS with booking details, arrival guidance or a reminder about the visit. The same Convious event can create a contact, update existing details, add the customer to a list or send a message to a prepared list. This is useful for attractions managing admissions, timed visits or other guest orders where a short, prompt message helps reduce uncertainty. You decide which order fields are included and which Mobile Message action follows the event. The connection is made through Zapier, not through a native Convious connection, so it can sit alongside your existing booking and guest communication process. It is a practical way to turn order activity into a clear customer touchpoint without adding another manual task for the admissions team.
