A growing business creates an invoice, event or quote in ConvergeHub, then someone has to remember which contacts need a text. That manual chase can delay useful updates. Through Zapier, New Invoice, New Event and New Quotes can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS, so customers and prospects receive relevant information from the event that created it. New Lead can also create a Mobile Message contact for future communication.

A new account can prompt a welcome message, while a new contact can be added to Mobile Message and a new module entry can send a tailored operational notice. If a customer replies by SMS, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create or Update Lead in ConvergeHub, provided the message contains information suitable for that action. Delivery Status Updated can also create an event when a record of delivery should be visible in the CRM.

The connection is configured through Zapier and runs as separate one-directional automations. ConvergeHub remains the source of its own business records, while Mobile Message sends or receives SMS events. Map the phone number and relevant fields, test each workflow and add filters so only appropriate events produce customer-facing messages.
