A contractor may create an invoice, open a work order or add a lead while moving between jobs and client requests. Contractor+ records those events, but a busy office can still miss the moment when a customer or staff member needs an update. A Zap can send selected events to Mobile Message, so important work becomes a timely SMS notification.

Create Client can trigger a welcome or internal alert, while Create Estimate, Create Invoice and Create Work Order can text the relevant person that a new record is ready. Get Leads can be used when a lead list is requested, although event choice should be tested carefully because it is a retrieval trigger rather than a new lead event. Where mobile details are available, a Zap can create or update a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list.

This connection uses Zapier and individual Contractor+ triggers. It does not create a native record sync between the platforms. Contractors can choose whether a text goes to a customer, office manager or field worker, then map the available Contractor+ details into the SMS.

The useful starting point is usually a new client, estimate, invoice or work order. Keep messages focused on the next action, such as calling a new lead or reviewing an invoice. Test the workflow with sample records so the right recipient, event and wording are confirmed before the Zap is enabled.
