Coffee SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Coffee!
When a person is created, you can send a personalised welcome text or create their contact in Mobile Message. A Deal Created event can send a sales notification, while Person Added to List can place a known contact into an SMS audience. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Coffee’s Create Person Task action when a customer replies, giving a team member a task to follow up. The connection is configured in Zapier, so it is a selected workflow rather than a native sync between the two platforms.

Can Coffee send an SMS when a person is created?
Yes. Use Person Created as the Coffee trigger and Send SMS or Create Contact as the Mobile Message action. The Zap can pass the person’s mobile number and relevant CRM fields into the selected Mobile Message step.
Can a reply to Mobile Message create a Coffee task?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Coffee’s Create Person Task action. This lets a customer’s text create a visible follow-up task for the matching person, provided the information needed to identify that person is available.
