Cloudbeds can start a Mobile Message action through Zapier from events including New Reservation, New In-House Guest, New Checked-Out Guest and New Cancelled Guest. Send a reservation acknowledgement, welcome text, checkout follow-up or cancellation notice using the guest details available in the event. You can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new guest is recorded.

This setup gives accommodation teams a direct SMS step around the guest lifecycle. It does not modify Cloudbeds reservations, guest statuses or transactions, and it does not send attachments. Each Zapier workflow uses one Cloudbeds trigger and one Mobile Message action, so you can choose exactly which event deserves a message and keep the wording suitable for your property and guests.
