Sales teams using Clinchd want new accounts and contacts to lead to visible action, not another item buried in a CRM queue. A new contact may need a welcome message, while a new account can require an internal handover. With Zapier, Clinchd events can start Mobile Message texts and contact actions, giving the team a prompt when important sales records appear.

Contact Created can trigger Send SMS for a salesperson, or Create Contact to place the person into Mobile Message. Account Created can notify an account owner or sales list through Send SMS to List. Product Created can also alert a relevant team when a new offering is added. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received can start Clinchd’s Create Contact action when a customer texts and the information needed by Clinchd is available. That is a useful way to turn an incoming message into a record someone can review. These workflows are one-directional, so they do not maintain matching records across both platforms. They do, however, make new sales activity easier to notice and provide a practical path from a customer text to a Clinchd contact.
