A consultation is booked in ClientRock while an attorney is moving between appointments. A Zap can pass New Meeting to Mobile Message, so the prospective client receives a plain-text confirmation or a reminder about the consultation without waiting for someone to send it manually. This keeps the booking moment clear and gives the client a useful next step.

ClientRock can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to start Start New Engagement, where a reply indicates the client is ready to proceed and the details collected are enough for the engagement action. The SMS can contain the information your workflow expects, but it cannot include attachments. Each automation is one-directional and runs through Zapier. ClientRock continues to manage meetings, fee agreements and payment requests, while Mobile Message handles text communication. You can choose whether a new meeting sends an SMS directly or whether the incoming reply starts the next ClientRock action.
