Connect the two and every inbound reply can fire an email through Clanica's Send Email action, so a person watching for customer responses gets a message in their inbox instead of refreshing a phone all day. The same applies once a message's delivery status updates, letting a confirmation or follow up email go out through Clanica the moment a text is marked as delivered.

Because Clanica handles the sending side with its own email API, a team already using it for receipts, transactional notices or newsletters can route SMS activity into the same pipeline instead of building a separate alert system. The result is one email service handling notifications that start with something a customer typed on their phone. Nothing about the wording needs to change based on which trigger fired it, since Clanica simply sends whatever content the Zap passes through.
