A customer places an order for a custom print, but the photo they uploaded is dim, low resolution and shot on a phone in bad light, and someone on your team has to decide whether it is even good enough to use before the order can move forward. Claid AI exists for that exact moment, upscaling the image, correcting its colour and lighting, generating a clean background around the product or removing the background altogether so what started as an average phone photo becomes something usable.

None of that on its own gets a customer a text message, which is where Mobile Message comes in through Zapier. An order paid in Shopify, a new response landing in a Google Form, or a fresh entry on a Typeform can all start a Zap that runs the photo through Claid AI first and then sends a text once the processed image is ready, with a link to the result rather than the file itself since SMS only carries plain text.

The same connection also runs the other way. Once a customer texts in a link to their own photo, that inbound message can start a Zap that sends it straight to Claid AI to be upscaled, so the enhancement step begins from the SMS conversation instead of someone pulling the file up and processing it by hand later.
