Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Chatforma!

A customer has just entered a new response in a Chatforma messenger flow, but the next step may depend on a team member seeing it quickly. Chatforma can send a New User Input event through Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to deliver a text when a conversation reaches a useful point. This removes the need to watch every chatbot interaction manually.

Through Zapier, New User Input can start Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact. You could send a message to a sales contact when a prospect provides key information, alert a support list when a user needs attention, or create a Mobile Message contact from the user data available in the Chatforma event. The result depends on the fields passed into your Zap.

Chatforma also has actions called Create Broadcast for Specific User and Create Broadcast. When Mobile Message receives an Inbound SMS Received event, Zapier can use either action to place a broadcast into Chatforma for a selected user or segment. This gives you a useful response path for incoming texts, while each automation still runs in one direction through Zapier.

Can an inbound Mobile Message text create a Chatforma broadcast?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Chatforma's Create Broadcast for Specific User or Create Broadcast action. The broadcast destination depends on the Chatforma fields and audience details available in your Zap.

What accounts are needed for a Chatforma and Mobile Message Zap?
