ChatDaddy can provide events such as New Contact Created, Contact Tag Updated and Message Flow Endpoint Reached for a Zapier workflow.

Through Zapier, a ChatDaddy event can start a Mobile Message action. For example, a newly created contact can receive an SMS welcome message, while a tag update can send a targeted reminder or service notice. You can also use Message Flow Action Triggered when a particular automated conversation reaches a defined point. The SMS is plain text and can use contact details supplied by ChatDaddy and any fixed wording set in the Zap.

This gives teams a clear way to add Mobile Message notifications to selected WhatsApp workflows without suggesting that the two platforms maintain a shared contact record. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, and you choose which contacts, tags or flow events should lead to an SMS.
