changes.page SMS Integration

A product or service update is ready to share, and the team is preparing a changelog post while customers continue using the platform. changes.page can record the update, while Mobile Message can bring a short announcement to people who need to know immediately. Through Zapier, a new post can start an SMS without staff copying the announcement into another system.

New Post is the available changes.page trigger. Pair it with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to notify a selected customer, subscriber or internal contact when a changelog entry is published, using the post details available to the Zap. changes.page also provides Create Post, so an inbound Mobile Message text can create a post when your process supplies a suitable title and body. These are distinct one-way automations rather than a shared publishing system. Choose whether the text should announce the post or whether an incoming message should become a draft-like record in the changelog page.
