A Cardly order is dispatched, a gift card is redeemed or a QR code is scanned, and your team may want to acknowledge that event by SMS. Cardly’s Automation Order Sent, Gift Card Redeemed and QR Code Scanned triggers can each start a Mobile Message action through Zapier. A plain text notice can confirm dispatch, thank a recipient or direct someone to the next step.

Cardly can also create or synchronise a contact in its own system when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS. On the Mobile Message side, you can create a contact, update one or add a contact to a list when Cardly reports an event. These are focused workflows for customer engagement rather than an automatic record sync.
