A prospect submits information through Canopy Connect and your insurance team still needs to make contact. The manual chase between a completed pull and a first response can cost valuable time. Through Zapier, Pull Completed can trigger Mobile Message to send a plain-text SMS, create the prospect as a contact or add the person to a list.

That gives the prospect a clear acknowledgement after Canopy Connect finishes processing their information. It can also place the person into a Mobile Message workflow for a later message, depending on the fields available from the completed pull. Inbound SMS Received can work in the other direction by starting a Canopy Connect action only if one is available, but Canopy Connect provides no actions in this connection, so the useful workflows run from Canopy Connect to Mobile Message.

This is not a native two-way integration or an automatic insurance data sync. It is a focused Zapier connection for responding to a completed pull with an SMS or contact action. You choose the wording, recipient and conditions during setup, then test the result before using it with prospects.
