Calculoid SMS Integration

A visitor completes an interactive calculator on a website, perhaps while comparing a service or estimating a project. Calculoid can capture that submission, but a useful response may still wait for someone to notice it and decide what to do next. That delay can leave a prospective customer without confirmation while their interest is active.

With Zapier, Calculoid’s Calculator Webhook can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The text can acknowledge the submission, repeat a relevant result or explain when a team member will follow up, using the information included in the calculator submission. The same event can create a Mobile Message contact or add the person to a list for later communication. New Calculator is available as a Calculoid trigger too, although the webhook is the more natural choice for a completed submission.

Calculoid remains the place where interactive calculators are created and published. Mobile Message handles the outbound SMS and contact actions configured in Zapier. The connection does not change calculator settings, process payments or send calculator answers back into Calculoid. It turns a submitted calculation into a clear customer-facing next step.
