Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Buzz!

Sales teams using Buzz need to notice replies while a prospect is still engaged. A Got Reply or New Message event can be the difference between a timely follow-up and another missed opportunity in a busy sequence. With Zapier, Buzz events can start Mobile Message actions, sending a text to the salesperson or a group responsible for the next step.

Got Reply can trigger Send SMS to alert an owner that a contact has responded. New Message and New Email can send similar notifications, while Invite Accepted can alert a team when a prospect accepts an invitation. Invite Sent can be used for a simple activity notification, and Add Label can notify staff when a new label is created if that event matters to their process. The useful information comes from Buzz, including the contact or message details supplied by the trigger. Mobile Message then delivers a plain text alert. This is not a two-way sync between the platforms, and it does not send a response back into Buzz. It simply gives staff a more immediate prompt to open Buzz and continue the conversation.

Can Buzz text a salesperson when a prospect replies?

Yes. Use Buzz’s Got Reply trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The Zap can include the contact and reply information available from Buzz, giving the salesperson a prompt to continue the conversation.

Can an accepted Buzz invite notify a sales group?
