About the BuildTopia integration
New Prospect can trigger Send SMS with a prompt for the sales team to follow up. Agreement Accepted - Buyer Info can send a confirmation to the buyer, while Settlement Date Added/Updated can notify the relevant contact about a changed projected or final date. Schedule Stage Completed can also alert a project stakeholder that a milestone has been reached. If a text arrives from a buyer, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Update Prospect in BuildTopia when a suitable prospect update is needed.
BuildTopia remains the project and buyer record, while Mobile Message handles selected plain text communication through Zapier. Each automation is configured separately, with its own trigger, recipient, and message. This lets residential builders choose practical customer updates without suggesting that every field is synchronised between the platforms.
