BotSpace SMS Integration

Teams that manage customer communication in BotSpace often handle contacts and incoming messages across shared channels, including WhatsApp. Mobile Message adds SMS as a separate way to notify customers or staff when a contact is created or a message arrives, without asking the team to watch every channel at once.

Through Zapier, BotSpace’s New Contact Created and New Incoming Mesasge triggers can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A new channel contact can be recorded in Mobile Message, while an incoming message can alert a team member by SMS. In the other direction, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start BotSpace’s Send Template Message or Send Session Message action when the relevant contact and channel information is available.

This gives communication teams a defined route between SMS and BotSpace events. It does not merge the shared inboxes or synchronise conversations. Each Zap performs a single action after its chosen trigger, and the message type, recipient and content must be mapped for the channel and customer details available in that event.
