A new order is created in Booqi, but the customer may still be waiting for confirmation while your team checks the marketing system. Product and upsell activity can also matter to the people responsible for fulfilment or sales. Turning those events into a text helps the right person notice them without repeatedly watching the Booqi dashboard.

Through Zapier, Booqi’s Order Created trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS. You can send a short order acknowledgement to a customer or an internal notification to a staff member, using the contact and order details available in the trigger. Product Created and Upsell Created can also start an SMS when a team needs to know about new offerings.

This connection does not create a native Booqi messaging feature or synchronise records. Booqi supplies the selected event, Zapier passes the mapped information, and Mobile Message sends the plain text message. It is a practical way to put important Booqi activity in front of people who may not be signed into the app.
