A Zapier workflow can send the right Mobile Message text when a new inquiry arrives, a payment changes, or a booking is created, updated, or cancelled.

This connection is useful when guest communication should follow the property record rather than someone’s memory. A New Inquiry can trigger Send SMS with a prompt reply, while a New And/Or Updated And/Or Canceled Booking can trigger a confirmation or change notice. New And/Or Updated Payment can also send a payment acknowledgement. Mobile Message can then receive replies through Inbound SMS Received, giving your team a clear response event to handle in another Zap.

The setup supports timely, practical messages for managers and concierges. You can personalise each text with booking or guest details available in Smily, while keeping the operational record in its original system. It does not create a native two-way sync. Each Zap has one defined trigger and one action, so you can choose exactly which guest moments deserve an SMS.
