Boloo SMS Integration

An order enters a new status in Boloo while your fulfilment team is busy managing the store. New Order can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, helping a customer or staff member receive a timely update without someone checking the Boloo dashboard and writing a message manually. This is useful when an order needs attention as soon as its status changes.

Use Send SMS for a direct customer update when the order data includes a suitable phone number. Send SMS to List can alert a fulfilment group about orders entering the selected status. You can include the order information supplied by Boloo in the message, subject to the fields available in the Zap. Boloo provides a trigger in this connection, while Mobile Message performs the SMS action. The workflow is built in Zapier and is one-directional, so it does not synchronise order records or update Boloo when a text is sent.
