BodyGraph Chart can trigger a Zap when Chart Created occurs, so Mobile Message can send a timely SMS to the person who requested the chart. You can also create a Mobile Message contact or add someone to a list as part of the same workflow.

This connection works through Zapier and keeps each task clear. BodyGraph starts the workflow when it creates a chart, while Mobile Message handles the customer-facing message or contact action. If a customer replies, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start BodyGraph's Create Chart action, giving your team another way to begin chart creation from a text-based request.

Use the fields available in each step to personalise the SMS with the person's name or chart details. The workflow is not a two-way sync, so decide which event should start each Zap and test the message before turning it on.
