Bmby SMS Integration

Use the trigger data to send a concise message to a lead or team member through Mobile Message. You can also create a Mobile Message contact when the Bmby event contains a new person’s details. If a recipient texts back, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Bmby’s Create Lead action, giving your team a way to capture a response as a new lead. Each workflow has a defined direction, so Bmby and Mobile Message keep their own roles.
